Villa Ruggero is a single villa with a large garden

The house is in an excellent location from the beach ( only 300 m. ) and a few steps from the center of Pineta which offers every type of service, from the supermarket to restaurants, bar, play areas for children, pharmacy, banks and more. The center of Sabbiadoro is approximately 3 km and can also be reached by public transport and or by bicycle ( also for rental) I cross the beautiful cycle paths.

However, the area is very quiet with villas and small residential complexes.

The garden is very large both in front and behind the house and is completely fenced.

Parking area allowed only for 2 car.

The Ville

it is built on a single floor and consists of a large living room with dining area and beautiful equipped kitchen, 2 Double room, 1 triple camera and 2 bathrooms with shower cubicles. On the outside, both in front and behind there are spaces equipped with table and chairs.
