Villa Ruggero is a single villa with a large garden
The house is located in an excellent position from the beach (only 300 m. ) and a short walk from the center of Pineta which offers all types of services, from the supermarket to restaurants, bars, children’s play areas, pharmacy, banks and much more. The center of Sabbiadoro is about 3 km away and can also be reached by public transport or by bicycle (also for hire) along the beautiful cycle paths. However, the area is very quiet with villas and small residential complexes.
The garden is very large both in front of and behind the house and is completely fenced.
Parking area allowed for 2 cars only.
The Villa
is built on one floor and consists of a large living room with dining area and beautiful equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom and 2 bathrooms with shower cabine.
Outside, both in front and behind, there are spaces with table and chairs.
TV/Sat with national and international programmes, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave, air conditioning (hot/cold), ceiling fans in the bedrooms, safe. Wi-Fi on request for a fee.

Prices refer to the rent of the apartment or villa per week ( 7 nights usually from Saturday to Saturday) and include: agency fees, water, electricity, gas, final cleaning and the use of swimmingpool when indicated.
Extra costs:
- Use of air-conditioning costs Euro 20,00 per week.
- Tourist tax equal to Euro 0.70 per day per person from 12 years of age calculated for a maximum of 10 days. Children under the age of 12 and disabled persons with a companion are exempt.
