The apartments are very spacious, some facing the beach and some facing the parking lot. The location is excellent, facing the beach (Bagno 5), a stone’s throw from Terrazza Mare and the pedestrian center of Sabbiadoro.
Villa Mucci has a lift and numbered internal parking and garage spaces, both with access from Via Aquileia.
The apartment
is on the ground floor facing towards the beach. Independent entrance, composed of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people, 1 bedroom with 3 beds, bathroom with shower cabine, outdoor area equipped with table and chairs.
TV with national and international programmes, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, air conditioning. 2 washing machines shared in the external common room. 1 assigned parking space.
Prices refer to the rent of the apartment or villa per week ( 7 nights usually from Saturday to Saturday) and include: agency fees, water, electricity, gas, final cleaning and the use of swimmingpool when indicated.
Extra costs:
- Use of air-conditioning costs Euro 20,00 per week.
- Tourist tax equal to Euro 0.70 per day per person from 12 years of age calculated for a maximum of 10 days. Children under the age of 12 and disabled persons with a companion are exempt.
