Villa Lilla is a small complex of 12 units in the Sabbiadoro area overlooking a tourist port connected to the Marano Lagoon.
The location is excellent, just 200 m. from the beach and 150 m from the center of Via Udine with restaurants and shops of all kinds. Not far from here there are other ports, the old lighthouse and the Doggy beach.
The area is still quiet and also connected with beautiful cycle paths. Each apartment has 1 assigned outdoor parking space or garage. It is accessed from Viale Italia or from Via Lavaredo.
The apartment
it is on the mezzanine floor. It is composed of a living room with kitchenette and 2 sleeping places on the sofa, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower box, large terrace equipped with table and chairs.
TV with national programmes. Washing machine, air conditioning, microwave.
1 assigned parking space in the internal courtyard or in the garage. Animals not allowed.
Prices refer to the rent of the apartment or villa per week ( 7 nights usually from Saturday to Saturday) and include: agency fees, water, electricity, gas, final cleaning and the use of swimmingpool when indicated.
Extra costs:
- Use of air-conditioning costs Euro 20,00 per week.
- Tourist tax equal to Euro 0.70 per day per person from 12 years of age calculated for a maximum of 10 days. Children under the age of 12 and disabled persons with a companion are exempt.
