Villa Gilda is a villa with 4 independent units, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.

The area is very quiet with houses and small residential complexes. The beach is only 400 m away. and can be easily reached on foot. Nearby there are small commercial activities such as: supermarket, newsagent, butcher, ice cream parlor and more.

At About 100 m. from the house is the beautiful Hemingway Park, a vast green area equipped with children’s play areas, a picnic area, exercise equipment and pedestrian paths.

The center of Pineta is the closest one and is about 800 m away. The center of Sabbiadoro, the most important, is about 3 km away and can also be reached by public transport or by bicycle (also for hire) along the beautiful cycle paths.

The apartment

is on the first floor, it has very comfortable and welcoming spaces. There is a living room with sofa bed for 1 person, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower cabine, beautiful covered terrace equipped with table and chairs and overlooking the small garden.

TV/Sat with national and international programmes, air conditioning (hot/cold), oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, Wi-Fi. Shared washing machine available behind the house.

Only 1 car is allowed in the parking area (No minivans, vans or very voluminous cars). On the street, parking is free and often available.
