Villa Federica is a villa of 4 independent units with a shared and fenced garden.
The excellent location from the beach which is only 200 m away and the tranquility of the area make Villa Federica the ideal place for couples and families. Also just a few steps away there are useful shops such as supermarket, newsagent, ice cream parlor and more. The nearest center is that of Lignano Pineta, which can be easily reached on foot for a distance of 800 m. Here there is no shortage of restaurants, bars, game rooms, chemists, banks and much more. To reach the Sabbiadoro area, the most important center of the locality, it is also possible to use public transport or a bicycle (also for hire) and follow the beautiful cycle paths. The parking area in Villa Federica is inside the garden and is only allowed for 1 car for each apartment.
The apartment
On the ground floor with front entrance facing the garden. Internally composed of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people, double bedroom with bathroom with window and shower cabine. Outside garden furniture with table and chairs. The hob is natural gas powered.
Tv mit national and inyernational programmes. Air conditioning. Heating system with thermosiphons. Wi-Fi . A washing machine is available to guests in an external room.

Prices refer to the rent of the apartment or villa per week ( 7 nights usually from Saturday to Saturday) and include: agency fees, water, electricity, gas, final cleaning and the use of swimmingpool when indicated.
Extra costs:
- Use of air-conditioning costs Euro 20,00 per week.
- Tourist tax equal to Euro 0.70 per day per person from 12 years of age calculated for a maximum of 10 days. Children under the age of 12 and disabled persons with a companion are exempt.
