Res. Pineta is a small complex in an excellent position.
Just 250 m from the beach and the center of Pineta. The area is very quiet and very pleasant. Nearby is the beautiful Hemingway Park, a vast green area equipped with children’s play areas, a picnic area, exercise equipment and pedestrian paths.
The center of Sabbiadoro, the most important, is about 2.5 km away and can also be reached by public transport or by bicycle (also for hire) along the beautiful cycle paths.
The apartment
is on the first floor. It is small but welcoming and consists of a living room with kitchenette, sofa bed for 2 people and complete bathroom with shower cabine, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with internal bathroom with shower cabine, 2 small terraces.

Equipped with TV with national programs, air conditioning, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment. Assigned parking space.
Prices refer to the rent of the apartment or villa per week ( 7 nights usually from Saturday to Saturday) and include: agency fees, water, electricity, gas, final cleaning and the use of swimmingpool when indicated.
Extra costs:
- Use of air-conditioning costs Euro 20,00 per week.
- Tourist tax equal to Euro 0.70 per day per person from 12 years of age calculated for a maximum of 10 days. Children under the age of 12 and disabled persons with a companion are exempt.
