Due Torri is a housing complex that enjoys an excellent location.
The beach is only 200 meters away and the center of Pineta is only 300 meters away where there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, arcades, banks and pharmacy.
A few steps away there is also the beautiful green area of the Parco del Mare with pedestrian paths and play areas for children and the water park at the Terme di Lignano.
The building has a large green area and a large parking area. Each “Tower” has two lifts.
The apartment has a beautiful sea view.
It is very spacious and welcoming and consists of a living room with dining area, separate kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single room with bathroom with shower, second bathroom with shower cabine, terrace with table and chairs with panoramic view of the sea and the coast towards the mouth of the River Tagliamento.Â

Prices refer to the rent of the apartment or villa per week ( 7 nights usually from Saturday to Saturday) and include: agency fees, water, electricity, gas, final cleaning and the use of swimmingpool when indicated.

- Use of air-conditioning costs Euro 20,00 per week.
- Tourist tax equal to Euro 0.70 per day per person from 12 years of age calculated for a maximum of 10 days. Children under the age of 12 and disabled persons with a companion are exempt.
