The location is excellent, only 100 m. from the beach and just a few steps away are useful shops such as a supermarket, newsagent, ice cream parlor and more. The area is very quiet.
The closest center is that of Lignano Pineta, easily reachable on foot for a distance of 700 m. Here there is no shortage of restaurants, bars, game rooms, chemists, banks and much more. To reach the Sabbiadoro area, the most important center of the locality, it is also possible to use public transport or a bicycle (also for hire) and follow the beautiful cycle paths.

Prices refer to the rent of the apartment or villa per week ( 7 nights usually from Saturday to Saturday) and include: agency fees, water, electricity, gas, final cleaning and the use of swimmingpool when indicated.
