The location is excellent, only 200 m. from the beach and to 150 m from the center of Via Udine. A short distance away is the old lighthouse and the Doggy Beach.
The area is still quiet and also connected with beautiful cycle paths.
Each apartment a 1 assigned outdoor parking space or garage. It is accessed from Viale Italia or Via Lavaredo.

it is located on the top floor and enjoys a beautiful view. And’ composed of living room with kitchenette and 2 single beds on sofa, 1 double room, bathroom with shower cabine, large terrace equipped with table and chairs.
