Alone 250 m from the beach and the center of Pineta. The area is very quiet and very well looked after. Nearby is the beautiful Hemingway Park, a vast green area equipped with children's play areas, area pic-nic, exercise equipment and pedestrian paths.
The center of Sabbiadoro, the most important one is about 2,5 km and can also be reached by public transport or by bicycle ( also for rental) along the beautiful cycle paths.
The apartment
it is located on the first floor. And’ small but welcoming composed of a living room with kitchenette, sofa bed for 2 people and complete bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, 2 small terraces.
Equipped with TV with national programs, air conditioning, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment. Assigned parking space.
